1. The consumer has the right to return the goods within 14 days – without stating the reason.

3. The return is made solely and exclusively on the basis of purchase receipt.
4. Only undamaged goods in original packaging are subject to return.
5. The consumer passes the goods to the LUGOLABS Service:
a) Packaged in original packaging together with all accessories and Warranty Sheet,
b) The consumer organizes the shipment at his own expense and notifies LUGOLABS about the shipment.
