Procedure for return processing in case of incomplete and full returns:

1. The consumer has the right to return the goods within 14 days – without stating the reason.
2. The consumer fills in the Support Form, located athttps://www.lugolabs.xyz/supportform
3. The return is made solely and exclusively on the basis of purchase receipt.
4. Only undamaged goods in original packaging are subject to return.
5. The consumer passes the goods to the LUGOLABS Service:     
    a) Packaged in original packaging together with all accessories and Warranty Sheet,     
    b) The consumer organizes the shipment at his own expense and notifies LUGOLABS about the shipment.

The Seller uses the following delivery methods for the Product:

• Courier company

The Seller uses only its own courier company.

The deadline for the Product's delivery to the Customer is 30 days from the moment when the Seller receives the payment, unless another deadline is indicated in the description of a given Product or when the Order is being placed.

During the promotion or holidays the lead time may be extended.
